Praise the Lord! I am indeed excited and looking forward to what the Financial Ministry is doing for 2012. Last year as a church, we started serious discussions about financial management and being a steward over what the Lord has blessed us with. Times have been challenging for many and we want to ensure the cares and concerns of our members are heard and addressed.

The purpose of the Financial Ministry is to “inform, influence and impact” you on how to make better financial decisions. By no means is this a crisis-oriented ministry. Yes, we tackle debt and credit issues. But we will also address the needs of the small business owner, the family caregiver, the senior contemplating the best Medicare package and the couple looking to get married.

Since money touches all aspects of our lives, our goal is to deliver relevant topics by qualified people that will assist you in navigating through life’s journey from a biblical and practical perspective.

My prayer is that you will be greatly blessed and transformed by the renewing of your mind.
